In India, companies, recruiters, recruitment and staffing agencies, or institutions, are constantly on the lookout for quality resources, and this process involves investment of time, effort and money. Similarly, candidates do not necessarily get real time feedback on job applications. Agencies and recruiters find job board subscriptions expensive, and not everyone has the luxury of using good tools for managing their recruiting process.

At CoHyre, we recognize these problems and have built an employment ecosystem as a principle solution where EVERYONE MUST HAVE A FUNDAMENTAL PLATFORM TO COLLABORATE, ENGAGE, RECRUIT, HIRE OR GET HIRED.

You can explore minimum platform features without signing up or signing in. However, to participate in posting jobs, posting content, applying for jobs, engaging in post activity, or to perform any recruiting actions, you will need to sign up or sign in with your email address or phone number. It's simple. 

'Co' stands for 'Collaborative' which is an adjective that describes an effort in which people work together to achieve the common goal to hire or get hired. And 'Hyre' is a creative form of representing the word 'Hire'. Hence, CoHyre.

The idea was conceptualized in 2012. However, CoHyre started as a manual crowd sourcing process in 2018 by collaborating with freelancers and recruiters to fulfill open job opportunities. While we continued working manually, we also started work on designing and developing the social recruiting technology platform which was our next level idea to provide CoHyre as a platform for all.

CoHyre was founded by Mr. Manoj Madhavan Pillai

CoHyre will be made available only in INDIA. Users with +91 registered phone number will only be able to register and transact. Subsequent launch of CoHyre in a specific country will be notified to all users.

CoHyre will be available to all users for Free. However, to access and use premium features of the platform, users will need to pay a subscription fee., and the same will be made available in the subsequent launch. 

'Hire' as a feature will help any user to post a job, get applications from potential job seekers, manage jobs, and manage candidates so they can be hired.

Whereas, 'Get Hired' as a feature will help any user to post their profile details and share with potential companies, recruiters, or hiring manager, and eventually get hired.
